You have 60 days from date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement. We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.


You will be responsible for shipping costs  to return your item, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest that all returns, particularly those valued at over $50, be shipped to us by a trackable shipping service with delivery confirmation. If we fail to receive any package from you, regardless of value, and you did not use a trackable shipping service and have no proof of delivery, we will not issue you a refund.
